Individual (55 minute session)  $145 

Forms of payment accepted: cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA debit cards

Insurance 

In-network:

Before your first scheduled appointment, please confirm your mental/behavioral insurance benefits.
I will submit all "out-of-network" billing on your behalf if I do not accept your insurance.
